Welcome to ReplyCloud. By accessing or using our Telegram bot (@ReplyCloudBOT) and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ReplyCloud, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Description of Service

ReplyCloud is a SaaS platform that provides Instagram automation services, including:

Automated replies to Instagram comments
Direct message automation triggered by keywords
Reel-based AutoDM workflows
Analytics and reporting for automation activity

Our services operate through the official Meta Graph API and Telegram Bot API.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information when connecting your Instagram account
Use the service in compliance with Instagram and Meta's Terms of Service
Not use the service for spam, harassment, or illegal activities
Not send misleading or fraudulent messages via AutoDM
Maintain the security of your Telegram account

4. Account Connection & Security

ReplyCloud uses official Meta OAuth to connect your Instagram account. We never store your Instagram password. You may disconnect your account at any time from within the bot.

            🔒 Important: Your Instagram access token is stored securely and used only to send DMs and read comments on your behalf.
        

5. Subscription Plans

ReplyCloud offers the following plans:

Basis (Free): ₹0 for 20 days — Specific Comment mode only, with long watermark
Pro: ₹19 for 30 days — Specific Comment mode, short watermark
VIP: ₹49 for 30 days — All Comment mode + Specific, minimal watermark

Plans are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew. Expiry alerts are sent before your plan ends.

6. Payment & Refund Policy

All payments are made via UPI (FamPay). Once a payment is verified and a plan is activated, refunds are not available except in cases of duplicate payment or technical failure on our end.

For refund requests, contact us at @ReplyCloud within 24 hours of payment.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, Meta API changes, or third-party outages may temporarily affect the service.

8. Instagram & Meta Compliance

Your use of ReplyCloud must comply with:

Instagram Terms of Use
Meta Platform Policy
Meta Commerce Policy
Applicable local laws of India

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

ReplyCloud is provided "as is". We are not liable for:

Instagram account suspension caused by user's misuse
Loss of business, revenue, or data
Indirect or consequential damages

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 30 days.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

Violate these Terms
Engage in spam or abuse
Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the service
Use multiple accounts to bypass limits

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ReplyCloud after changes means you accept the new Terms. Significant changes will be notified via the bot.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Rajasthan, India.
